Our shells (tartlets or cases) are crisp, light pastry based on traditional recipes using the finest ingredients, formed by hand, then blind baked to perfection; hand selected and vacuum packed in wholesale or retail pack size. We make three types of pastries SHORTCRUST, FLAKY and SWEET.

Our quiches, pizzatz and pizza bases

Our gourmet mini frozen quiches are made with all natural ingredients encased in our shortcrust pastry, baked, cooled and then snapped freeze and packed in wholesale or retail pack size, they are available in three flavours: LORRAINE, SPINACH & FETA, and PROVENCAL and in two cocktail sizes.
